At Kove Island Comfort we want everyone to be able to enjoy our food. We take extra steps to ensure we can serve gluten-free items and vegetarian. Not a lot of restaurants can say they have a Vegetarian Hawaiian plate, and very few can say that they have Gluten Free Hawaiian plates. We are working on perfecting a gluten-free mac salad but in the mean time we swap our Hawaiian mac salad for our pickled veggies on our gluten free dishes. We use tamari (gluten free soy sauce) in all of our dishes and sauces.
